The base model with the addition that the feeder unit is located in close proximity to the cutting head for processing of small wire sections, and options for: interchangeable drive unit between rollers, anti-jam and end-of-terminals detection, belt drive kit feeder, quick tool loading unit, and an integrated wire prefeeder.
KM 460
The cut, strip, and crimp machine KM 460 can be equipped with up to five processing stations. It is robust, reliable, and ergonomic. The easy-to-use operator interface facilitates the machine setup and allows for the fast and easy programming of the machine, not only in person but also remotely.
The KM Crimp to Crimp machine series is the ultimate expression of technology combined with Italian design. It can be equipped with many combinations of process station to produce high quality wire harnesses. It’s projected for processing small wire cross sections and very short wire lengths. Presents itself as very simple and easy to use.
