Overview

Cut-to-length machines: Depending on the material, the machines are equipped with the correct cutting technology, which can be changed very easily.

Equipment Levels

Red – Solid and robust basic functions, attractive price, a lower-cost control system and a lower–but for many applications, quite adequate–working speed.
Green – Comfortable touch screen control, higher working speeds, integral connections for peripheral units, PC-operation and printing.
Blue – Touch screen control, highest working speed, integral connections for peripheral units, PC-operation and printing.

Compact, precise, and efficient.

The All-rounder with particularly gentle and sensitive adjustment of the applied pressure between the transport belts. Ideal for soft and elastic materials. Precise guidance guarantees an excellent cutting quality at an angle of 90 degrees. Precise settings of contact pressure to suit the material requirements and the particularly characterized motors used at Metzner offer high length accuracy without an additional length encoder.
