KM offers everything you need for a complete cutting and stripping line to process virtually any type of cable through our partner SAMEC. Our unique 45° degree cut after the first strip allows most cables to be processed without the need of a rotary stripping unit, helping to keep your machine cost down. Multiple options are available such as Rotary Stripping, Slitting, Printing, Labeling, Wire Feeding, Wire Receiving, Coiling, Binding, Zip Tying, and Modular Transport Systems to meet your project’s needs.


TSA 10H
Cutting and Stripping Machine
The TSA 10H processes single wires from 28 to 5 AWG (0.08 – 16mm²). It can also process multiconductor cables with an outer diameter up to 0.35 inches or 9mm.

TSA 12E
Cutting and Stripping Machine
The TSA 12E processes single wires from 20 to 2 AWG (0.08 – 35mm²). It can also process multiconductor cables with an outer diameter up to 0.35 (3/8) inches or 9mm. The TSA 12E can also strip inner conductors as well as coax cables or similar requiring step stripping.

TSA 15E
Cutting and Stripping Machine
The TSA 15E processes single wires from 18 to 2/0 AWG (0.82 – 70mm²). It can also process multiconductor cables with an outer diameter up to 0.63 (5/8) inches or 16mm. The TSA 15E can also strip inner conductors as well as coax cables, EV/Hybrid Vehicle or similar cables requiring step.

TSA 25E
Cutting and Stripping Machine
The TSA 25E processes single wires from 18 to 7.5/0 AWG (0.82 – 240mm² or 500MCM). It can also process multiconductor cables with an outer diameter up to 1.26 (1 ¼) inches or 32mm. The TSA 25E can also strip inner conductors as well as coax cables, EV/Hybrid Vehicle or similar cables requiring step stripping.

TSS 130E
Cutting and Stripping Machine
The High Speed TSS 130E processes single wires from ? to ? AWG (? – ??mm²). It can also process multiconductor cables with an outer diameter up to 0.63 (5/8) inches or 16mm.
